Membership (paying dues) in the Hearthstone Homeowners Association is not required of all homeowners, but ALL homeowners are governed by the CCR's. It is encouraged to consider membership since dues are very reasonable and contribute to the beauty, maintenance and events that make Hearthstone a wonderful place to live.

 

Watch for a letter from Timmons Properties going out to all homes in Hearthstone in the next week or so regarding codes, covenants, and restrictions (CCR's) attached to every home in the subdivision.

From time to time it is good to revisit main points and this letter will do so. In essence, every property in the Hearthstone, regardless of when it was built, is governed by the CCR's in effect at the time the home was first occupied.
