Architectural Changes - Approval Needed

If you plan to make any exterior changes to your property, these need PRIOR approval by the HOA board of directors. This applies to ALL residents of Hearthstone. Common changes are:
  • Painting the exterior brick
  • Home addition
  • Solar Panels
  • Removal of Large trees
  • Deck addition/modification
  • Fences
  • Aesthetic changes to exterior facade
Please submit any proposed changes through the following email address PRIOR to any work starting.

HOA Membership, Rules and Regulations

Membership (paying dues) in the Hearthstone Homeowners Association is not required of all homeowners, but ALL homeowners are governed by the CCR's. It is encouraged to consider membership since dues are very reasonable and contribute to the beauty, maintenance and events that make Hearthstone a wonderful place to live.

Brush Collection Rules

Metro Nashville picks up brush from our area every quarter. But remember there are certain HOA rules* to follow in order to keep our neighborhood looking great and remaining safe.
  • Brush can be set out up to 7 days prior to the posted pickup start date. NO SOONER.
  • Brush must be left on your property and not left on the street or sidewalk.
  • Leaves must be placed inside paper yard waste bags.
*Violations of HOA guidelines can result in a warning or fine.
