Trash day is on Thursday of each week.  Davidson County also recycles metal, paper and plastic in a designated bin.  That occurs on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

There is also recycling for all standard items at Granberry Elementary School located less than a mile away. Bins are set out on Fridays and picked up promptly at noon on Saturday each week.

  • chevron_rightIs the homeowner responsible for informing any potential buyer of the existence of an HOA and it's covenants and providing documentation?
Yes.  Every home in Hearthstone, regardless of construction date, is bound by the codes, covenants, and restrictions (CCR’s) for that home.  Each seller is obligated to disclose to the prospective buyer that there is an HOA and to provide the prospective purchaser with a copy of the CCR’s prior to accepting any monies for the purchase.

A copy of the CCR’s is available by contacting Timmons Properties at (615) 383-1777 and selecting extension 122 to speak with Toni Vallance or emailing tvallance@timmonsprop.com.
